Hello! My name is Chris Hess, and this is my site. I thought I would tell you a little about who I am so that you can know who you are dealing with. I have my Bachelors Degree in Information Technology with a Business Minor.  I have been working with small businesses helping them to better utilize technology for the last 2 1/2 years.

Throughout the site you will see the word “we” listed.  This is because although I understand and can do the work we will talk about, I’ve found it much better for both myself and your business if I have others help me get the work done.  Currently I outsource a bit of work to different places so I don’t have a team to post here, but in the future I plan on having specific people I work with on a continual basis.  Sometimes when I say “outsource” people get worried about the quality of the  work that they are paying for and what happens when something breaks if there isn’t someone specific to fix it.  Because I understand how to do the work and I take ownership of your  project, I make sure the quality is good and if there is a problem it gets fixed asap.

My main goal when working with companies is not to quick create a website and be done.  My goal is to help you be productive in your business.  I strive to find the problems that you are facing and propose ways to solve them. I want to be able to increase YOUR income and become a partner with you in using technology.  I understand technology and how technology can help business in general, and you understand your business.  Let’s get together and see how we can use technology to build your business.
